As has been done in the past, I point out your analysis is seriously flawed:

All venues are not created equal. There are different regional markets with different labor pools and labor staffing needs. Different sites are in different stages of maturity having been operational for few or many months. Weather issues affect venues in different locations to a lesser or greater extent.
To compare a cohort of venues in a meaningful way, the venues would need to roughly be equivalent; otherwise, you are not comparing apples to apples.
Failing to appreciate these differences essentially can result in a statistically invalid comparison. It would be simplistic or unsophisticated to say the least to try and draw comparative revenue conclusions at this point in the company's history especially given these venue and regional factor variations.
As the company pursues its rapid expansion these comparisons will remain problematic; however, there should be a point at which there is sufficient stability across venues that the economic factors "balance out".
