Is Volk going to move on to another company? Or perhaps he is sipping margaritas on the beaches of Bermuda with his good friend Mason and having a good laugh about how easy it was to sucker investors out of their $$$.

Hoping for legal actions against him and everyone involved, but it's a long shot IMO. I'm guessing if you are prosecuted, you will see a very short month(s) in white collar prison and probation. Hard to prove though IMO.
