I don't see that playing out. People don't get into the penny stock insider game to get out voluntarily. If HEPI is not an attractive buyout as a public co, it's even worse as a private co, with no ability to siphon from the public pocket.

HEPI has no product, other than a "science fairytale", like so many other pennies. So what are they gonna sell? Patents? lol! They'll just get stuffed inside another ticker and the game will start over.

What's the over/under on HEPI jumping on the pot play bandwagon? If PAZ can cure AIDS, inflammation, cholesterol issues, etc etc, for humans dogs and cows it can surely make pot plants grow better (or something), right?
