My guess is that they plan to get delisted, so they can hide the numbers and disclosures going forward.
Not issuing an 8K on either of the last 2 deals, which they claimed they were going to do, tells me they dont care anymore... and since pink stocks have less base value than fully filing stocks, you can be sure the trend will be lower with a delisting.
In the future, people will wish they had the opportunity to get out over .01... I feel sorry for those left in this mess, but the DD was available to you. You choose to believe in the Quilliams and their rumor pushing cronies, which was foolish...
... and dont let the excuse makers fool ya, this is the QUILLIAMS company, not anyone else. Just like with SFMI, some people will claim over and over that they will be pushed out or step aside in the near future, but that is just a DESPERATE claim. Its the only thing the rumor pushers can claim that sounds halfway decent, dont be fooled by their desperation... No one is stepping aside. They have ran several companies into the ground over the past decade+ and they always just start a new one. ITS WHAT THEY DO!... The pressure on PQ isn't any less than he has felt in the past and he never stepped aside. He doesn't care what people think!... This is how they make their money and they will do it over and over and over again as long as there are people gullible enough to believe in them... As far as i can tell pumping and dumping stocks is their ONLY way of making money. Why would he give that up?!
Dont believe the BS claims, believe in how it is trading... NO ONE but insiders have this much stock to sell at the all time lows. After the recent reverse split/dilution, they control most all of it and have everything to gain by issuing shares to themselves and unloading as much as the market can absorb. They dont care about ANYONE but their family/friend group. Everyone else is a tool or a mark.
PS: And even if they stepped aside, the new guys have pumped and dumped penny casino stocks as well... Only trust in your gut instinct, not any of these shady characters
