I wonder if I can find the deal with NTEK in there somewhere.
On February 14, 2014 the Company issued Seaside 88 LP, unrelated and non-affiliated investor, 3,000,000 shares of
restricted common stock containing the restrictive legend, at $0.0535 per share, as part of obligations under a previously
entered into contract as well as increasing the companies cash by $160,500.
NTEK only bothered to mention part of the deal and I haven't been able to locate the original deal and when it happened. they suddenly appeared in the quarterly in March - with no indication of involvement before that time. although NTEK went dark a few years back so I suspect nothing would have been filed.
Of interest someone pointed out that the money from Seaside 88 was used to pay their CASH DIVIDEND - all .00024 of it.
