Firstly, I hope all of this can be rationally explained and PRPM does well along with its shareholders.

I just want to have the questions you summarized answered and I'm especially curious about Scottrade's ability to avoid the lock, pull in substantial commissions while all non-Scottrade investors are LOCKED OUT. That just doesn't seem to add up or be voluntary or what's the point of the lock in the first place. IMO
