Mags will take this private and shareholders will get next to nothing. Its pretty much what I'm expecting as he owns the whole place in reality. If I'm Mags that's exactly what I would do at this point.

Face it the company was out of business two years ago without Mags money, so he owns the place. How does he get his money back? Easy take over the company and sell it to whomever. Stock price will never appreciate to the value he wants on his investment and not liquid enough to sell even with a sharp increase in price (a double, triple or quadruple from these levels).

Shareholders are screwed and Mags is calling all the shots. Its easy to read it this way because we have had more good news, additional financing and the stock is back at record lows. Smart shareholders have liquidated and everyone else is regulated to pauper status.

Sorry Amigo Mike Hepi is finished for shareholders! JMO
