It is an absolute wonder that the company exists at all.

Seems to me the "company" exists to fund all the costs of treasure recovery in DR, to which Wilf Blum holds contractural title too in his name personally.

Once treasure is found, while DPBE might get credit for the find and salvage, DPBE shareholders get nothing as the recovery per the DR contract belongs to Wilf personally.

No need to keep the company a legit registered company now. Work is done, funded by DPBE shareholders - Wilf is now waiting on his distribution. No doubt he'll be laughing all the way to the bank.

That is of course if it is correct that the contract is in Wilf's name personally as some claim.
