I'm not sure I understand your answer to the question. Where on the balance sheet are the ~27MM needed so that dilution (at some level) does not happen?

We approved 400MM shares. It's not evil if QMC taps some of them as a matter of staying operational.

The question isn't whether this dilution is bad or unnecessary, it's whether it is occurring. I believe it is and it will continue until cash flow turns positive from revenue.
