You can check the current float on the OTC website or by calling the transfer agent (not trying to be evasive, but I keep getting burned by giving info that isn't completely current to this very day), but it's still just a few million. I decided to get in now because some very large players have been buying at these levels. When it hit .06 they started buying big and that's why it bounced. I've spoken with a few of these players, and they all seem to know something. The facts are simple, in that we all know this company is probably the most ridiculously undervalued on the pinks, especially when you consider the fact that they are a REAL company. The consensus seems to be that once the CEO pays off the convertibles with an asset sale, this will pop back over $1/share very quickly. Many traders have just been waiting for the new to drop before tying their money up in it, but that's a bit stupid to me, when they could be getting these shares for .10 or less. The bottom is clearly in per the smart money. The news should drop any day, and if someone isn't in when it happens, they'll be more than chasing, they'll be pole vaulting to get in. I see it going back to $1 in the near term, and if what I'm hearing about some other things, it could climb back up to its former trading range and then some. I don't have a crystal ball, and neither does anyone else, including the smart money, but if they're buying, it's generally a good idea to follow suit. This isn't a stock that needs pumping. It will move on real news. Penny flippers would be wise to stay away from this one, and I suspect they will, given the lack of volume. I suspect most of the float is in long and strong hands until much higher prices. I mean, let's face it ... it's currently trading at around 1/15th of its actual value. It's just not a sexy stock, and like I said, you can't really pump and dump it, so penny flippers are staying away. I bought what I could this week, and I'm closing some other positions next week after they move up a bit to buy more ERFB. I just hope they don't release the news before then. Good luck!
