I do have one question though; they keep referring to Toevs as the founder of his prior company, NCS&V, but he was hired by that company in 2001 as VP of sales for OCS.

In fact, he gave a presentation to the company in 1999 (how do you give a presentation to a company that you won't found for 2 more years?!).
