That and the toxic debt IMO. There where a lot of shares almost given away which are being dumped into the market by JDF capital. When and if they run out then we shall see how it goes, I am still looking at this as a penny play but a more formidable one. I am long with only 215000 shares and will be buying more to average down, when and if the dilution stops and it test the all time lows of .032 again(which I believe it will), at that point the risk will be minimal enough. There business plan is in tact and they have money coming in so I strongly believe in the long term the dilution will cease and the upside will be tremendous.
