Well, that explains the Chinese money that's supposed to close on July 31. They're trying to show probability that a PE deal could happen, or is planned to happen. Of course, it won't or will be delayed. Especially the second tronce that has FDA PMA approval as the criteria. I think the SEC is smart enough to sniff that out.

I think the SEC is not going to let up on the pressure either.
