Gotta be an insider or 10% owner to be required to file Form 4.

McLain is listed in HEPI filings because companies are required to list owners of 5% or more. 5% owners do have to file Sch13 each year they meet requirement but I don't think he actually owned that many shares. The reported number includes warrants as I recall.

I can't prove it but I think selling is coming from elsewhere.
