that too is a myth as their are usually enough shares that can be used...& usually they are the company's as those CERTS are holding & waiting to clear & after clearing INSIDERS & debt holders always have more shares than any retail account & w/ no actual cost basis associated or @ an extreme convertible debenture rate discount...& dilution helps
