The reality is that Management deserves to be criticized for the lack of "management" exhibited towards the operations of Sarissa. I am not saying that Scott is a bad guy nor as some have previously suggested that he is using "pinkie tactics" I merely contend that the Management of the Company had been sub par and that an opportunity is being missed. At this stage the primary opportunity is the Public aspect of the Company. Get this aspect organized and the "asset" building / exploitation aspect becomes much more of a reality.

The Company has had several funding type opportunities (partnership, partial sale, capital) and for a variety of reasons, many most likely out of their control, these did not close. In most of these cases, if not all, the other interested party decided to pass. This is not in all likelihood a matter of mismanagement at all but merely the other party making a business decision, for their own reasons, that this was not right for them. That is a business reality.

That said something needs to change in order to have the chance to attract partners and/or capital. Few shareholders would be happy for the status quo to remain.
