Hi Karw, I also AIM VNQ in tax deferred account, but my sell point has not reached yet. This one has a good dividend just under 4% and my thinking about dividend ETFs is to put more resistance into selling as with each sell you lose some dividend, and if the ETF drops the dividend increases.
