That is not accurate at all. Price isn't the issue. He has already offered the project for less than others have raised their capital. HKHE had 5.5 million for 25% or a 22 million market cap and they didn't close.

He offered SOE 51% for 31 million.

So far he hasn't been able to close a deal.
