Banks seem to be gaining traction. I've read a lot of earnings reports from small regional banks lately, and they all seem to be moving in the right direction.

As an example, HEOP just declared a dividend for the first time since 2008.

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
