Today is a dilution day but they have it locked down. They have 2 MMs sitting at the bid at 0.017 to soak up any shares to stop it going down while they dilute at 0.0175. Not a bad time to buy in my opinion but it depends on how many they have and how long it lasts. If the volume dies up, they move down further to accelerate it again.

They are obviously still preserving the 0.01 bottom though.
