Actually that's not true. Those "facts" are factoids at best and extremely deniable.


Perhaps you do not understand the definition of FACT vs. FACTOID?

Let me break it down barney style for you.

“Fact” means something that is unquestionably true, or as Webster more eloquently puts it, it is the “quality of being actual”.

“Factoid” however means something slightly different. The first definition is the following: “an invented fact, believed to be true because of its appearance in print”

Thanks to contemporary media outlets there is now a second “official” definition of “factoid” as follows (from Merriam-Webster): “a briefly stated and usually trivial fact”.


So.....you are saying that the patents that have been awarded to VPLM are NOT fact but, rather, factoids? Really?

Explain to me (and others) WHY the USPTO patents awarded to VPLM are not FACTS.
