I would be more concerned about the fact that the management of this company spent the plat year promoting, and in a two day period unloaded $200,000 at market after enough bids had built. Then they do not even file the SEC forms to inform that they have made this trade. I know these are pinks, but eventually they will have to file or be halted like has happened in the past. You know how I know that insiders sold, or worse stock diluted?? because all 800 plus retail shareholders have less than $200,000 invested here, and it was made in 3 or 4 large trades!!

This is exactly why this stock will never be a buy IMHO!!
