Doesn't take a high school education to understand the term "fully contingent" has been mis used here.

Never any explanation as to why Liner Grode is no longer representing MMRF and how THAT issue impacts fees either.

On January 21, 2013, we granted three separate warrants to purchase 1,000,000 shares of our common stock to Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Regenstreif & Taylor as part of the package for providing services to the Company on a fully contingent basis. The warrants vest immediately and have an exercise price of $0.04, $0.08 and $0.12 per share respectively, and all expire on January 21, 2014.

Operating expenses

Total operating expenses for the first quarter of 2014 and 2013 were $1,923,493 and $1,472,558, respectively, an increase of $450,935 or 30.6%. The increase for the quarter was primarily due to higher legal fees related to the enhancement and protection of our Intellectual Property portfolio and consulting fees.

General and administrative expenses increased by $1,988,331, or 59.2% to $5,344,713 for the year ended December 31, 2013, from $3,356,382 for the year ended December 31, 2012. Increases included approximately $860,000 in legal expenses related to patent litigation and licensing, $800,000 in consulting fees as part the Company's focus on licensing.
