RD, I think the folks with meaningful positions have put up a fight. I don't think the dilution since Q1 has been large or meaningful and I believe management "gets it" for what it is worth. What they are presently failing at is getting the financing done. I believe if they are realistic with their expectations and requests we can get it done and NAZ will follow shortly. Otherwise I agree why not take a one year loan or sell off non essential assets. Why isn't this a part of the dialog. Perhaps Olivia is smart enough and persuasive enough to get through to Solomon.
