This argument is now easily counter-able.
With a settlement assumed, we have toxic debt that can easily be paid off, imo. What makes this situation even better for bulls is the fact that any short interest that anticipated "the death spiral" will likely want to cover ASAP now. We saw this today with BKMM; at least, that is my opinion of the action. When NITE jumped his bid, he instantly outbid NITE. This, after a walk down in share price with CANT on ask.
I'll be spreading the word in my networks about this situation and making life presumably more difficult for any interests that would like to manipulate the price downward even more. These institutionals haven't had to deal with much retail bull pressure yet and word will be getting out sooner than later, imo. Mark it.
