Dear Afford567,

If I may, NWBO is not organizing the event. They will not be officially speaking at the event. It would be difficult to issue a PR stating that this year's Patient & Family Conference on Brain Cancer.

A tweet is a simple way to let their followers know that this event is taking place and they may be mentioned. No harm in that.
