There is always other ways to do a procurement a straight dilution. If it was me and the pps being at this level with huge potential for upswing and level out at least 2-3xs as the result of it then i would procure with shares with restriction place on it. At the end, if the business is worth its weight then the pps will level out higher. So why would anyone want to do an outright buy shares when the potential is there.

You are right, a outright sell will literally put this at no bid in no time at all. So again, it would be in the best interest of the purchasee and especially the shareholders to wait it out til it levels. Especially if the acquire company knows it worth then why not wait it out.
