My understanding is that they are legal but required to be tested and the labeling needs to be approved. Thats my skepticism. Has any of this been done? And if so where is the inspected kitchen where this has taken place and why no details on the packaging? But as far as I know they are legal if approved unless you have something showing otherwise,
