Zinc, let me dismiss the first condition, that being full ownership of the manufacturing facility. In the press release, the board voted unanimously to purchase the building "BASED ON ACTUAL CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, COST OF FINANCE, AND OTHER PROJECT COSTS". Translation: it will be sold by Dr Diwan (Innohaven) at his cost----- no profit whatsoever!
