All hail the CEO! Before I lost all hope I had posted that the CEO decision to voluntarily delist the company was a genius move (read older posts) but I did not know exactly why...and now I know he did it to get away from the transfer agent (VStock) who was diluting the company with IR shares...the CEO decided to drop the transfer agent...hence causing NASDAQ to halt the stock...the CEO made a clearly strategic call for NEWL and it's investors...it will all play out soon and if your in this or any stock you know patience is key.
