The problem is not the SEC suspension but the ASC trading halt.

And the toxic convertibles that AEGY has been involved in such as the Asher notes.

The CSA wouldn't approve a merger/acquisition with AEGY with all of the problems.

Plus, what company would want to acquire AEGY with all of the liabilities.
