All i'm saying is if we continue to do & say nothing they will continue to do and say nothing. So if we all make formal complaints that they have to answer to maybe they'll be a little more careful how they use our money, and hopefully will work to improve the Volume & PPS to show they actually give a fcuk about their shareholders.

I just want them to get off their fat a$$es and actually do something, or hire someone who will.
