EAPH - Carla Pepe - If you cannot find much on her, then there is a reason. She is a nobody with zero credentials. Placing a flight attendant and cocktail waitress at a bar as your CEO is because they are up to no good and using her as a front for when all hell breaks loose.

Getting people with college degrees and legitimately qualified individuals to run these scams are getting more difficult. People do not want to spend 6 years and $200,000 going to get a Masters or MBA to get arrested for pump and dump scams is not really a compelling selling point when recruiting point men.
