Sorry I couldn't find any dirt on this guy. What happened at Corinthian was not under his control and mostly happened before he was even hired. The SEC made them restate their filings because of various accounting tricks the co was using. With that said I wouldn't be surprised to see MDBX restate too. Looks like MDBX actually hired someone competent, but does he know what he's getting into here? This company is worth nearly a billion but doesn't have any sales, to move this stock any higher he's going to face his biggest challenge IMO.
