He said the state of colorado sos merger should have be completed by the monday or tuesday after the 4th holidays but their sos was confused with filings and had to get attorneys involved but it went through on the 16the and effective the 17th. So he said Finra is getting it about 7 days later than he thought but he still feels confident it will go through by the 31st. If its its a few days late dont crucify him he said.
