Because there are BILLIONS of shares on the Ask, they are only required to display the MINIMUM size of 10,000 shares per MM as per FINRA Rules for Block Positions.

The retail customers are not going to let off unless the market is flooded with orders or they simply give it a break to see if it improves any.
