How can you possibly assert that discussing WiFidelity is not relevant to Wialan? Wialan insiders own the company, WiFidelity is Wialan's distributor, and Wialan insiders excluded Wialan's retail shareholders. Discussing WiFidelity now couldn't be more a more relevant topic to discuss here. Wialan insiders cutting a separate deal for themselves, and excluding everyone else is quite telling.
