If what you say is true, you confirmed my suspicions. Unfortunately, the SEC will probably do what action I was considering; that is to enjoin Wilf from taking possession of any treasure division (assuming he still hasn't paid his fine and keeping if for themselves) or anyone else who poses as DPBE officers, until such persons can be legally validated.
In any event, if the contract is in his name personally and not in his name as agent for DPBE, then that would give an appearance of fraud by Wilf and the officers of DPBE who I believe have been claiming the contract is with the company.
My guess is the reason that there is not registered agent, is specifically to make it difficult to serve any lawsuit against the company and/or officers.
Based on what you say, sounds like the division is getting close, and it was the plan all along to keep the show going, until division time, and then to take the division and keep it personally. At least that's what it sounds like you are saying.
Let's see what the SEC comes back with.
