My take on the facility is that until recently it was Diwans way to suck out more money from NNVC. He would own a beautiful new building with NNVC paying the monthly mortgage and he would do contract manufacturing for others to even make more money. His plan started unraveling once shareholder's picked up on this.
The new version on the lab seems to be washing (cash), rinsing (stockholders), lend/leasing (NNVC), and who how what else Diwan will dream up. Perhaps 'selling' for a lot more than it's worth and carrying a small 1st T.D. which the whole banana goes back to him in the forthcoming BK.
