Fundamentals have little impact on GERS' PPS. There have been quarters in the past where GERS (or its predecessors) earned as much as 16 cents a share. Market response? Continued decline in the PPS. Why? Dilution. Follow dilution and you will follow the fate of GERS' PPS.
