What really ticks me off is the fact that although Canada has the largest supply of fresh water in the world the Canadian Government is largely oblivious to the value of the resource. Not to mention the fact that, by and large, the municipalities routinely turn a blind eye to conservation of the resource in favor of lining their collective pockets. For example, they granted an easement to a local Waste disposal operation servicing a region with a populace of over 250,000 to build an open waste disposal site virtually on top of this:
