A buyback is very possible, they had to raise the AS to secure the funds for the servers. They had an AS of 2.5 billion with 1 billion OS and put 1.5 billion aside to secure the servers. This maxed out their AS so before that deal went through they had to raise it to 7.5 billion so no one could take control of the company if some of the 1.5 billion ended up in the OS next year. Trading the past few months has been low volume trading with no sign of dilution, only VFIN and MAXM shorting here and there.
