I know from recent experience (within last 90 days or so) that Nevada updates corporate registration status within 24 - 48 hours. In this case the changes represented a change in ownership, officers, registered agent, and authorized shares structure.

DPBE's reg. agent RESIGNED in March and that was posted right away. If DPBE had appointed another and filed such, presumably such info. would be equally quick to update.
