Magnus: Dr. Seymour said this past weekend that they missed Tox because they diverted material for other testing.

There is always a reason why they can't start Tox. I'm questioning the truth to all these reasons (and it has been YEARS now.)

Prediction for next excuse: given the large amounts of material we need and since have a new facility, we've decided it makes more sense to use it to produce the Tox material, instead of the existing facility. This will of course push back the Tox start and completion, but will allow us to have all the material ready from the same lab.

Or they will reuse the "needed material for the UK or elsewhere" so Tox needs to get pushed back.
