What is disturbing is that the convertible note holders (at least one of them) was Sterling as evident in the last form 4 saying he can convert a note to 65 million shares. Loan the company a little bit of money...collect high interest and then convert it to million and million of shares to dump on shareholders. Talk about an insider enrichment scam. And this was touted as a credible company with stellar and ethical management. NOT!
