The more shares issued and closer to max authorized shares ( 10 billion ), the chances of another RS more likely, as I have mentioned many times, the OS must be between a minimum of 1.5 and 2 billion, any big dump at 0.0001 sale, keep adding that to outstanding shares and we will see the total when they file. If the 0.0002 is not taken out quick, there will be more shares dumped by Robber at 0.0001
