Targiniq,Targin NOT even an ART. Simply an ER co-drug to relieve constipation while taking an opioid. The drug Naloxone is not on standby to stop Euphoric abuse. Naloxone with the Oxycodone are co-released so that the Naloxone theoretically preferentially blocks the gut mu receptors thereby allowing intestinal peristaltic action. Oxycodone pain relief would be thru the spine and brain mu receptors.
