It would seem some sympathy is due to Mr. Dadonna, who's going to jail for his role in the Ultracade felonies. That's sad, because he didn't do all that much that was wrong, and he presumably believed that Foley even had a legal right to sell Ultracade game packs.
It'd be kind of weird if a secondary player in the conspiracy is the only one who pays any penalty. Doesn't seem all that justice-y to me. It makes me wonder whether Foley, if he'd forthrightly admitted his guilt as he promised to do in his plea agreement, couldn't have gotten his friends treated a bit more leniently.
