I called it correctly in March. They would miss Tox deadline and use the excuse that they needed material for something else. Now how could I have known that? Am I brilliant, did I have impeccable sources, or is this company (as are all scams) predictable because they all follow the same game plan?

Answer: all of the above.

Email to Dr. Seymour: I think you've said that toxicology testing would start in second quarter of '14. What has changed that allowed you to comfortably make this statement in the past, but doesn't allow you to make it now? Did the amount needed change or did the production hit an unforeseen bump or did you need material for another country or ?

Seymour: We had additional demands on the production lab based on new contracts for such viruses as dengue, MERS, H7N9 and herpes

Otherwise, we would have hit our Q2goals

I felt that fulfilling these contracts was of top priority
