hmmmm, you DO UNDERSTAND that the link that you provided is regarding scamsters getting caught in illegally being in pump and dumps, whereby the stock gets pumped and not what you are comparing it to - where negative things get said about the stock, DON'T YOU?

So....you are actually providing the complete opposite info of what you are trying to convey...

For the record tim779 I have a somewhat large position in PVCT. I have managed to average down to $1.31. I went through both attacks over the past several months. I believe in the company and PV-10. My reasoning for posting the link was for those who were also in the Nathan and AFartstain orchestrated attacks to read how the courts word it when the SEC catches the culprits who orchestrate illegal schemes. And how the court writes how the scam unfolds. Unfortunately the punishment wasn't enough to change the behavior IMHO. Sorry if I upset anyone in anyway for posting the link. This is I believe my 3rd time posting and I have followed two smart people on here for some time and I wish to thank them for there insight. Vorlon and 123tom thank you for all you do. I'm a Heavy Equipment construction worker and not a scientist so your posts help me decipher fact from fiction for the most part, and entry/exit points. Although I have invested for many years it seems there is always scams, algorithms, fake/scam articles, up tick rule removed, or some crap to hurt the retail investor.

Everything is IMHO. I rate PVCT a buy on the dips and hold for the end game. Thank you.
